7. Pickup and Collection
Orders are currently available for pickup only.
After an order has been confirmed, customers will be contacted to arrange a suitable pickup time and location.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders at the agreed time.
8. Catering Services
Catering requests submitted through the website are considered inquiries only.
A binding catering agreement is concluded only after written confirmation by Una carne por favor GbR.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- Fresh meat products
- Food products with a short shelf life
- Goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons
